RIMINIWELLNESS 2013: THE FITNESS EVENTS

The most famous international presenters alternate on dozens of stages at the expo

Rimini, 2nd May 2013 - At RiminiWellness, from 9th to 12th May in Rimini (at the Expo Centre and on the Riviera), a concentrate of the world’s best fitness.The most famous instructors will appear one after another on dozens of stages set up at the expo centre, to lead almost 1,500 hours of lessons in four days.

Let’s take a closer look at the most important activities:This year, Reebok proposes theReebok FIVE, a group of 5 internationally famous presenters and master trainers who represent excellence in the “Studio” discipline field, intended as a series of Fitness, Dance & Aerobics courses that enable thousands of people to move and enjoy themselves every day in fitness centres.

Three areas are organized and coordinated by the Italian Fitness Federation, for four days full of events and innovations, with master classes, lessons, contests and demos.TOMORROW’S PRESENTERS is the contest involving would-be presenters committed – in 30-minute classes – to winning the title of “Promise of the Year“!

NEW FACES OF FITNESS is the international version of Tomorrow’s Presenters.The best representatives of the new generations of "quasi-presenters” will compete and be judged by an international jury.This year, the participants will probably travel outside Europe.

The winner will have the right to guide a master class in a convention in a country other than his or her own.

For the seventh consecutive year, Fiteducation is again a key player at RiminiWellness.The climaxes of this edition will be TRAINING PERFORMANCE ZONE, FUNCTIONAL TRAINING ART, FITEDUCATION BODY & MIND, the original collaboration with QUEENAX and the presentation of the new unit for functional training, the VIPR.Fiteducation’s cult programs have been confirmed once again this year: from AntigravityYoga to the brand-new AGY RESTORE.

On the Cruisin’ Stage, entertaining lessons with the greatest international presenters to discover the benefits of “step with a spring”, to train while keeping healthy.

Another re-confirmation at RiminiWellness 2013 is the Strike Zone® with Enrico Olivieri:the world’s number one training method for abdominals.The session includes the application of elements of martial arts, floor strength and strengthening exercises and elements of yoga techniques.

Some key members of the Walking Team on the Italian and international scenario will present 32 hours of lessons in 4 days.The program is full of new features, including the presentation of the outstanding program “ALL WE DO IS WALKING", the event in Europe’s most important fitness event.

Striding is a perfection of natural walking movement by means of an easy enjoyable gesture.It’s an indoor discipline that, by using a mechanical treadmill with a fixed inclination and with a dynamic musical backing, helps participants to keep their stride in time.

Not to mention the OKeo, Essenuoto, CSEN and EAA pools, which on the expo’s four days will host the best disciplines connected with water, with exciting programs and really great presenters, as well as the newest equipment the market has to offer.Particularly worthy of note, the Acquapole lessons and the brand-new PlanetAqua lesson proposed by Les Mills, destined to surpass more traditional aqua gym courses.
