Keeping you informed: changes to wholesale distribution arrangements for Grunenthal Ltd
We’re committed to keeping all our customers advised of any changes to the distribution of products through new wholesale distribution agreements. As such, I would like to inform you of a key and upcoming change.
From 1st February 2015 Grunenthal Ltd will be entering into a solus distribution agreement with AAH pharmaceuticals.
This change affects the entire Grunenthal product portfolio and will be implemented in two phases. An initial set of products will enter solus AAH distribution from 1st February, following this, on 1st June 2015, the remaining products will be added. These products, where applicable attract a discount of 7% and are listed overleaf.
At AAH we strive to make it really easy for you to do business with us and to help you fulfil all your order needs. As such we are suspending fuel surcharge from 1st January 2015, as part of our commitment to provide a fair and honest service to all our customers. Remember we remain the only wholesaler to remove low account surcharges and are the first to remove fuel surcharges, saving the average pharmacy over £3,500 a year.
We recognise the importance of the care you provide for your patients and the need for consistent product availability. Our twice daily delivery, with same day options for morning orders, helps you fulfil your promises. With industry leading 8pm cut off times our teams are ready to take and process your order needs.
