Increased student enrollment and sales to 1 million dollars, maintained institutional classrooms in the Denver area and provided safety and health assistance to clients worldwide. Conducted audits, analyzed training and evaluated Programs to insure compliance with OSHA standards. Conducted work site evaluations and coordinated with managers, Occupational Health Agencies and Industrial Hygiene personnel to provide work environments which met OSHA standards as well as ergonomic guidelines. Worked with human resources personnel to reduce Workmens Compensation costs. Taught OSHA compliance courses from coast to coast. Performed duties as Safety Manager for an installation with over 1400 employees and facilities from coast to coast. Reduced lost time injuries by 50%, provided workers compensation briefings to management using statistical analysis and presentation techniques. Developed safety programs, trained personnel and conducted safety audits on Federal Installations. Subject Matter Expert for Field Artillery Safety/M110 Howitzer system.
