We deploy our technology and reach consumers through distribution partners with pre-existing networks in the Finance and Higher Ed sectors. TWP does NOT dispense financial advice or make loans and therefore is an excellent tool for banks, lenders or financial advisors to better service their customers and for colleges and universities to serve their students and alumni.

TWP is a Software as a Service (SaaS) digital financial wellness platform designed for household consumers -- its members. TWP offers free and subscription offerings to users and customers through direct to consumer (B2C) and through distribution partnerships (B2B2C). Our consumer members and distribution partners gain valuable insights through our technology.

Job Title

Social Media Content Creator and Brand Ambassador

Job Summary

We’re looking for a resourceful, creative, social-savvy content writer to join our team! The copywriter/ambassador develops, conveys and maintains our brand’s voice across digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn,YouTube, Snapchat, etc.), while contributing to student outreach initiatives and marketing projects. A strong interest in Personal Finance is a plus!

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Familiarize with basic industry happenings and terminology that align with TWP’s business
  • Develop a working knowledge of the TWP application
  • Help establish and expand our social media presence
  • Create concise, engaging and educational content that establishes TWP as a trusted personal financial resource for individuals, families and students
  • Collaborate with team to orient social media messaging with paid advertising channel (Google AdWords, Facebook, etc) efforts
  • Conduct use case interviews with students and customers and produce clear, persuasive case study articles
  • Ability to quickly grasp new technology and clearly explain its benefits
  • Work directly with TWP’s founder and other interns
  • Work and thrive on a remote team, but meet on-campus as well
  • Brainstorm with the team for new ideas and strategies
  • Expertise in multiple social media platforms
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms to ensure maximum effectiveness
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience with WordPress and Hootsuite a plus
  • Attend networking/promotional events on campus
