Issue of Corrigendum - Tender for Supply & Installation of 1010 KVA DG set forour Head Office (Tender Ref No: HO/GAD/DG/2015-16 dated 04.12.2015)

Existing / Amendment
1. The payment shall be made as under:-
a. Supply cost:
i.70% amount of cost of materials supplied as per BOQ shall be made after predelivery inspection, satisfactory delivery and positioning of the items at desired location in the site, without damage & free of defects and acceptance of the items.
ii.20% amount of cost of materials supplied item wise as per BOQ shall be made after satisfactory installation & commissioning of the items at site within 30 days from date of completion of the project and also complying with the following:
I)Submission of Virtual Completion certificate issued by the Consultant/Bank.
II)Submission of approvals in original (documents particulars) obtained from CEIG, CEA & PCB for installation & running of the DG set by the bidder.
III)Contractor’s removal of his materials, equipment, and labor force, temporary sheds/ stores etc. from the site (excepting for a small presence required if any for the defect liability period and approved by the bank).
b. Erection cost:
  1. 90% amount of labour & installation charges shall be made after satisfactory installation & commissioning of the items at site within 30 days from date of completion of the project.
iii. Balance 10% amount (inclusive of Security Deposit & EMD) of total project value (i.e. Final contract value) shall be paid
14 days after the end of defects liability period as per clause 6.12 of tender provided the contractor has satisfactorily carried out all the works and attended to all defects in accordance with the conditions of the contract, including site clearance date. The Contractor shall have option to claim balance 10% by submitting bank guarantee (as per format approved by the bank) from nationalized bank other than vijaya bank of sum equal to above percentage valid of rperiod of 27 months which includes 3 months of claiming period. Bank will have full right to revoke the bank guarantee in case of failure on part of the Contractor to support or repair faults during defects liability period as per guarantee or warranty. / 1.The payment shall be made as under:-

ii.70% amount of cost of other materials supplied (excluding DG set) item wise as per BOQ shall be made within 15 days after satisfactory delivery and positioning of the items at desired location in the site, without damage & free of defects and acceptance of the items.
iii.20% amount of cost of other materials supplied (excluding DG set) item wise as per BOQ shall be made after satisfactory installation & commissioning of the items at site within 30 days from date of completion of the project andalso complying with the following:
