EQUIFEST

This Show is affiliated to the Equifest Showing Show, taking place at the East of England Showground on the 8th – 12th August 2018. The two highest exhibits not already qualified in each affiliated class will qualify.

TSRRIDERS CHAMPIONSHIP

TSRShowing Finals- This show is a qualifier for the 2017 TSR Showing Finals. Qualify and enter ANY of the Finals Central, East Anglia, North West, North East, South East, South, Wales & South West or Scottish. You Do Not have to be a TSR member to qualify or enter a final. The Rider/Handler qualifies and can enter any horse/pony in any number of Finals!
TSRRiders Finals - 1st & 2nd riders qualify and will receive a qualification card in the ring.

TSRIn Hand Finals- The two highest placed Handlers with a TSR In Hand Card will qualify in any In Hand class. Handlers MUST have their cards signed in the ring by the judge/steward, cards are available FREE from the TSR website. Full details at

TSR Medal Awards- TSR members can collect qualification cards & signatures and redeem for a TSR Medal see TSR website for details.
BSHA Grass Roots Champs- With a TSR qualification card you can also enter the BSHA Grass Roots Champs in Sept at Addington Equestrian Centre - You do not have to be a BSHA member to qualify or enter the final. See

TRAILBLAZERS

1st, 2n 3rd & 4th places will qualify for the 2nd round. Please collect information (Congratulations Letter) from the Secretary’s office.

ORSETT CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW

This Show is affiliated to the Orsett Horticultural & Agricultural Show, with the championship final taking place at the Orsett Showground on the 2nd September 2017. All competitors must be amateur riders and reside in Essex, to compete at this championship. The two highest placed exhibits not already qualified in each class will qualify. If 1st and 2nd have qualified then qualification passes down to no lower than 4th place. No membership fee is required. Qualifying cards to be collected from the show where qualified. A qualifying card for each class being entered for the final, must be sent with the entry fee to the Orsett Show before the closing date 19th August 2017. 1st – 6th In each class will receive a championship rosette. THE SUNSHINE TOUR is a fun and exciting National Championship Series for unaffiliated and amateur competitors of all ages and abilities. The Championships are held on the ‘hallowed turf’ of The All England Showground at Hickstead from Thursday 13th – Sunday 16th September 2018.Showing for lead rein, first ridden, in-hand, ridden, working hunter, veterans, plus many more. SENIOR SHOWING AND DRESSAGE LTD

OLYMPIA SENIOR SHOWING SERIES FIRST ROUND QUALIFIER 2018

No foals spurs, galloping, or wearing of face/body/body jewellery permitted. Minimum age of handler for all inhand classes 9yrs, stallions in-hand competitors must be 16yrs of age. Competitors cannot enter the ring once the command of

trot has been given. The same rider combination must be at first/second round qualifiers & Grand Final. All competitors should

aquaint themselves with SSAD Rules before entering. The Olympia Senior Showing Series First Round Qualifiers are open to both

Members & Non Members of Senior Showing & Dressage Ltd. Please note all competitors should acquaint themselves with the

rules of the SSAD Ltd. They can be found at Qualification cards will be handed out in the

ring at the time of presentation. Competitors only need one qualification card = In-Hand Classes – one qualification card = for

Ridden Classes. If already qualified this card must be handed down the line. Next stage Second Round qualifiers – You can only

compete the Olympia Second Round Qualifiers if you are fully paid member and your animal is registered with SSAD Ltd and

holding the 2014 member/registration card. Once you have qualified at a First Round Qualifier and you have received an

Acceptance card, only then may you compete in the Second Round Qualifier . The Second Round Champions will go on to compete

at the SSAD Ltd Championship Supreme Final at the London International Horse Show at Olympia in December.

For mare or gelding 4 years & over not exceeding 122cms. Riders not to have attained their 9th birthday before 1st January in the current year. To be led by an attendant and shown in a snaffle bridle. Lead rein to be attached to the noseband only.

NB. This class is open to any lead rein pony but the highest placed show pony/M & M will qualify for Equifest. Rosette to all entrants

2NOVICE RIDING PONY WALK & TROT

4 yrs & over. Riders any age. Pony/rider combination not to have been placed 1st more than twice in a ridden showing class. Cantering optional in individual show.

3RIDDEN MOUNTAIN & MOORLAND

Open to M & M ponies registered with their respective Pure Breed Societies of Connemara, Dales, Dartmoor, Exmoor, Fell, Highland, New Forest, Shetland, Welsh A, B, C & D. Stallion, mare or gelding, 4 years & over. Rider any age. Class maybe split if entries warrant.

4RUBY MARITIME SERVICES RIDDEN SHOW PONY

4 years & over not exceeding 148cms. NB. This class is open to any pony but the highest placed show pony will qualify for Equifest.

5BSPA RIDDEN PAINTS, SPOTS, DUNS, PALOMINOS & ROANS

Open to horses and ponies. Rider any age. To be judged on manners & colour. . (Piebald/Skewbald only will qualify for BSPA/Equifest)

6CONCOURS DE’ ELEGANCE

4 years & over. Open to horses/ponies

CHAMPIONSHIP: 1ST & 2ND from classes 1 – 5 to compete

ENTRY FEES PER CLASS: BFEC Members £10.00 per class. Non-Members £12 per class. Entries may be taken on the day at £2.00 extra per class if classes are not full. Please take note of BFTC Showing Page Rule no. 6.
