TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PROCUREMENT FOR DESKTOP COMPUTERS/UPS/SERVER/AIR CONDITIONER FOR THE CENTRAL LIBRARY,IGIT,SARANG.

  1. The quotations should reach the office of the undersigned clearly superscribed as “Quotation for supply of Desktop computer/UPS/Server/Air conditioner” by speed post within stipulated date and time. The same may be opened in the presence of the bidders or there authorized representatives, if any bidders fail to be present, there is no bar for opening of quotations.
  2. Bidders can download the tender paper from the website
  3. The suppliers need to maintain the make/brand/model of the item quoted by him, otherwise the quotation will liable to be rejected.
  4. Items should be quoted as per specification of tender. If there is any deviation in items quoted it should be clearly indicated.
  5. Up to date VAT clearance certificate and PAN card must be submitted along with quotation otherwise the quotation liable to be rejected.
  6. The quoted price should be inclusive of all taxes and duties i.e.frieghts, insurance and transportation charges to Central library, I.G.I.T, Sarang.
  7. The supply should be completed within 15 days from the date of issue of the supply order.
  8. If any information or documents furnished by the bidder each found to be incorrect or misleading at any stage, the tender will be rejected.
  9. The supplier need to submit original tender paper signed on each page as acceptance to terms and conditions; otherwise the quotations will be rejected.
  10. The Director, I.G.I.T, Sarang reserve the right to reject any or all the quotations without any reason thereof.
  11. That the organization agrees to abide by all terms and condition of tender.
  12. Payment will be made subject to verification of set in good conditions.
  13. The financial bid of those bidders will be opened after qualifying the technical bid.
