Membership fees ARE DUE on the 1st July this year –

To those who have UPDATED THEIR MEMBERSHIP FEESthank you very much –

You may check with me on Sunday’s –

You DO have the priviledge of using the club please help us to maintain the club by paying your membership.

Please also take note that I will be away from the 30.6.2011 to the 15.7.2011 –

I will however arrange for a committee members to accept the membership fees – if you wish to pay cash – you may ask Bridget Jansen or Tracey Wild to assist you – Thanking you for your support

Club 100

Will be held on Sunday18.6.2011 @ 12:00 for March + April +May +June-

THIS IS DUE TO ALL THE ACTIVITIES THAT HAVE BEEN GOING ON –

I would like to explain this Club 100 – It seems that some of the members do not know what this is all about – this is a fund raising effort so that we can upgrade the club house - and also a social event -

Please visit with us and have either snacks or a wors roll and sit and chat to the other members while the draw take places -

Please do not deposit money into the bank – Please pay Janet directly thanking you – The money works like this – you can buy R50.00 tickets – that gives you 12 chances to win [one per month] or you can buy R5.00 tickets each month.

1st Prize is R50.00 2nd Prize R25.00 and 3rd Prize R10.00 YOU could be lucky and it helps PEKC –

We are thinking of having the AGM – 11.9.2010 ----

If you have any thing you as a member of PEKC would like to discuss at the coming AGM –

please send it – via email or post to the Secretary to reach her not later that the 31.8.2010 –

Please try and attend this meeting it is important to your dogs training.

Notice Board We are trying to keep the Notice board updated regularly – please come to the club house check the notice board for any new notices.

FUN DAY 29.5.2011

The Obedience Instructors – are planning a fun day on the 29.5.2011– please keep that day open AND SUPPORT US –come have some FUN --.

Please find attached an entry form with all the information on – come and enjoy the day

For those members who are complaining about “Sunday morning training” on the 29th May.

There will be Breed training and for those Obedience members who want training there will be training provided .....

For the members who have a problem with the ‘’FUN DAY’’– we are only DOING THIS TO TRY AND BRING MORE MEMBERS TO THIS CLUB

OPEN SHOW; will be THE WEEKEND OF THE 6th August entries will be taken from 08:00 – PEKC entries will be accepted until 30 minutes before the show – starts

We Will Take entries the weekend before to help the members with the rush.

ANNUAL AWARDS ---CLOSING DATE 13.11.2011 AT 13:00

Please take note that only PEKC forms will be accepted – we will not accept little pieces of odd paper –

closing date for this prize giving forms will be the 13-11-2011 at 13:00.

Please also be advised that we can not be expected to know which and what awards all the dogs in PEKC has been awarded during this past year – it stays your responsiblity to inform us – by the closing date -

I will keep all the members updated as to the function – please keep your eye on the notice board and the bar fridge for the poster with all the information on—
