FELLOWSHIP (FCGP)
MAY 2010 - REGISTRATION
FCGP is the fellowship programme organised by the IMA CGP for the life members of IMA to enhance their clinical skills and academic input for the effective general practice. This is a one year programme and at the end the candidate will have to appear for the exams after submitting the Log book of his/her training .On the satisfactory completion he/she will be admitted to the College as its Fellow.
LAST DATE EXTENDED: For appearing for the exams in MAY the last date of registration extended up to August 2009
ELIGBLITY : LIFE MEMBER OF IMA
TOTAL FEES :Rs 6000/- as DD in favour of “IMACGP HQ” payable at CHENNAI .
HOW TO APPLY : Along with the filled in life membership application form of CGP Kindly enclose the required fees Rs 6000/- as DD , Xerox copy of IMA life membership Degree registration certificate and send to your state faculty secretary who will forward it to the HQ office .
EXAMINATION : Exams will be conducted during the month of MAY 2010
If there is more than 10 candidates have registered from a centre or a State a separate exam centre will be organised there.
EXAMS will have 4 theory paper and a practical exam
FELLOWSHIP : FCGP will be conferred on the successful candidate during the annual
