If You Cannot Play Your Time Then You Are Liable to Be Scratched. but PLEASE LET ME KNOW

This is the proposed junior tournament schedule for all yellow-ball matches. All players must be prepared and available to play a 2nd match on the same day. All matches, U12 to U18 are two tie-break sets (at 6-6). If one set-all then deciding set is 10 point tie-breaker.

If you cannot play your time then you are liable to be scratched. BUT PLEASE LET ME KNOW STRAIGHT AWAY. Possibly an alternate date could be found, or you could play before the play date. Also please let me know if you want to drop out the tournament. It is disheartening for people who turn up looking forward to play and their opponent fails to show.

Look for time and day of 2nd match, should you win. If in 2 events, look for all matches.

All finalists MUST be available to play on 15th September. If not they will be scratched and the losing semi-finalist re-instated.

Some times may change according to results, especially if players are in two events.
