This order disposes of the captioned application of Shri Jashwantkumar Rambhai Gajjar, C/o. Satyam Industries, Plot No. C-1B, 1318, G.I.D.C. Estate, Phase-I, Chattral, Tal. Kalol, Dist. Gandhinagar, received by the office of CPIO, SIDBI, on December 20, 2013. The information seeker has desired to know the date of application received from Dena Bank, time limit to process application, date of forwarding query letter to Dena Bank, date of receiving reply against query from Dena Bank etc., in respect of CLCS claim for Rs.881111/- of M/s. Satyam Industries applied through Dena Bank, Kalol Branch, Station Road, Kalol, Gandhinagar.

The Govt Scheme Cell, SIDBI, has informed that the case was rejected due to the following discrepancies :

a)The sub-sector, approved technology, activity and Sr. No. of plant have not been indicated / specified according to CLCSS booklet and the supplements thereof.

b)There is no sub-sector / product as “Air Conditioner Body & Other Parts” as mentioned in Appendix III & IV A of the claim.

c)Machinery details / specifications given in the application is not eligible as per CLCSS booklet and supplements thereof.

d)CNC TURRET PUNCH PRESS is not specified in CLCSS guidelines.

e)Appendix-IV-A has not been submitted.

f)As per the office of DC(MSME), Ministry of MSME, Government of India’s latest requirements, the PLI are required to furnish the additional information in the form of a separate ‘Certificate’ as given in the Annexure.
