HAZSOFTSAFETY DATA SHEET PROGRAM

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Why do I need access to Safety Data Sheets or SDS?

A: The OSHA Hazard Communication Standard requires that we have a written Hazard Communication Program which outlines the steps our practices/centers take to protect employees from hazardous chemicals. We’re also required to have easy access to Safety Data Sheets (SDS) which outline measures to take during an accidental release of any hazardous chemical. The SDS provides details on spill clean-up, disposal and treatment considerations for exposed employees. Hazsoft is the approved provider of SDS for all PSG operations.
