A: OVERALL PURPOSE

Support the MAT Managers and Community Fundraisers to help implement the organisations overall fundraising strategy and to develop and maximise community fundraising income opportunities through capacity building of Community Fundraisers collaborating closely with MAT managers to deliver coordinated community and organisational fundraising and campaigning activities within MAT areas

B: KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE

1 / Build and maintain influential and collaborative relationships with MAC managers in order to deliver the Fundraising strategy consistently. / 15%
2 / With the Head of Regional Fundraising, develop and implement the Community Fundraising Strategy with defined income targets / 15%
3 / To deliver challenging growth targets through Community Fundraisers by identifying audiences and targeting channels in each MAC area / 15%
4 / To be a specialist and lead national strategy development on one or more of SME, NAP, Third Party fundraising and branch development audiences. / 15%
5 / To share responsibility for setting income/exp budgets with MAC managers and achievement of those budgets / 15%
6 / To ensure the delivery and effectiveness of national fundraising campaigns from DM, High Level Partnerships, Trading and Events teams in each MAC area / 10%
7 / To matrix manage Community Fundraisers ensuring that their technical and professional expertise is developed and performance standards are consistently applied / 10%
8 / To develop (in consultation with MAT Manager) individual objectives and KPIs for each Community Fundraiser / 10%
9 / To monitor SLA agreements with MAC support team to ensure that fundraising volunteers are appropriately and adequately supported / 10%
