Scottish Pavillion

SDI hasacquired a 108 sq metres free standing pavilion in a prominent position of the ExCel, London, UK. The stand design tender is ongoing so final stand specifications have not yet been decided but the stand is expected to accommodate an estimated18 pods, reception counter, storage area, meeting room and seating area.

Your pod is unlikely to be able to accommodate models or demo products, but will have space for a laptop and brochures.

The dress code for attendance on the stand as participant is smart business attire.

Supporting events

As usual we will be hosting our successful whisky tasting event, which typically attracts the vast majority of the event’s audience to our stand. There will be a brochure produced with companies’ profiles and whisky notes.

We are also considering hosting a networking event with targeted guests.

We will be showcasing Scotland’s overall strengths in offshore wind, with focus on the supply chain, innovation and operations & maintenance.

Costs

It has been decided that we will not be charging for stand or event participation. Travel, accommodation and subsistence costs will be your own, even if your company may be eligible for overseas support in normal terms.

We won’t be holding a groups reservation for this event, however the event’s website has suggested accommodation information.

Stand participation will include up to two exhibitor passes for each company.
