The following are specific guidelines for a Fully Complete review of a conceptual civil engineering submittal. The City may not require additional information beyond the items listed on this checklist, in order to determine completeness. To complete the Fully Complete review process the City may request additional information beyond the items listed here. This additional information will be detailed in the Pre-Application Conference Summary/Report. The submission of this additional information will not withhold a fully complete determination, but may result in a staff recommendation for denial.

  • Fully completeness does not indicate civil engineering approval.
  • Fully completeness is not a substantive review of the submitted materials.
  • Fully completeness is only verification that the submitted materials provide sufficient information either for approval or denial. Fully completeness is not a review of whether or not the submittals comply with applicable codes or policies.
  • Final civil engineering plan submittal and approval are a requirement of obtaining site plan approval.
  • Please allow process time for engineering review and approval.
