FullNet Communications Launches Wireless Broadband Service in Tulsa, Oklahoma

Oklahoma City, OK – April 11, 2000 – FullNet Communications, Inc., (“FullNet”) (OTCBB/FULO) today announced the commercial availability of its wireless broadband services in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The wireless service will be offered through FullSolutions, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of FullNet.

FullNet now offers business customers a new cost-efficient high-speed, high-capacity Internet connection up to T-1 speeds. Developed for the military, FullNet's wireless uses frequency hopping, spread-spectrum technology, which transmits in the 2.4 GHz band. FullNet also offers its customers a firewall package for added security.

Fixed wireless Internet access eliminates the phone company , leased-lines and local loop charges and/or the cable company, basic cable charges. The customer's connection to the Internet is made via transmitter towers. FullNet’s fixed wireless can complement, replace or go where DSL and cable stops, and can be installed in approximately 1-2 days when compared with DSL that normally takes 3-6 weeks.

“`Demand for this product is high, FullNet is looking forward to providing businesses with innovative, high-capacity broadband services that go beyond standard ISDN, DSL and T1 connectivity ,'' said Wallace Walcher, Chief Operating Officer of FullNet.

FullNet currently offers fixed wireless broadband services in Enid, OK, and will be expanding its coverage to Oklahoma City and other Oklahoma communities later this year.
