The tipple trailer is a quirky unique, one of a kind mobile bar. A guaranteed crowd pleaser
foryour event. Being a portable horsebox we are able to roll in and
delight customers with our charm and expertise.
The trailer was converted by the owner Ian himself and friends as a project.
The aspired dream became a reality for his own wedding leaving guests in awe.
Now we would love to share this unique bar with you and your guests!
The bespoke wooden back bar provides a rustic country feel with contemporary led lighting.
Our fridges are fully stocked with the products you love. Our staff are excellent in providing perfect serve drinks, and working with guests to ensure they have an amazing time
at your event. The sun ensures the tipple trailer sparkles to complete any event.
We cater for birthday parties, weddings and corporate events. With tailor made
packages to cater for all budgets.
Packages
We offer four bar options;
Host bar;
This allows the host to put a tab behind the bar for guests whether it is a set amount or their first drink. Once the tab has been reached the bar becomes a cash bar for guests to buy their own drinks.
Bar hire £350 (non-refundable)
Minimum tab behind the bar is dependant on the number of guests and the drinks package chosen
Guest bar;
This is a cash bar where guests pay for drinks themselves.

Open bar;
For those wishing to give guests the whole experience we are able to create a tab for the drinks that is then settled at the end of the function by the host.

Our full hire packages include;

Dry hire;
Bar hire £600* plus a refundable damage deposit £2000
(* 50% refundable if cancelled a month before the event)
Add staff members from £10 per hour

What if I don’t achieve the minimum spend?
The minimum spend is based on the number of guests you have attending your event. The amount set is often achieved within the first few hours of the event.
Do you have a favourite drink you would like?
We can cater for your favourite drink just let us know when you make your booking and we will try our best to meet your requirements.
How far do you travel?
We are a mobile horsebox able to travel anywhere to reach your destination. There is a small mileage charge for those further away.

50 - 100 miles 40p per mile
Why is there only a damage deposit on dry hire?
There is only a deposit on all dry hire as our staff are not there to ensure the equipment is used correctly. If the tipple trailer is returned with no damage then your damage deposit is refunded within 7 days.
Do we keep the tipple trailer overnight?
I’m afraid we are unable to leave the tipple trailer set up over night. We will deliver on the day of your event and collect once it has finished.
Do I need to settle my tab on the night or can I do it after?
We will need the bar hire fee in advance. Any tabs run on the night by the host will need to be settled in full before we leave with the trailer. If you have selected a host bar option then the intial tab will need to be paid for before the event. I’m afraid we are unable tabs to your guests, drinks will need to be paid for on dispense.
