For RMA Information, Please Read and Follow These Important Steps

Important Notes:

For RMA information, please read and follow these important steps:

1)HighPoint will only refund to customers who buy directly from HighPoint. We will not refund to customers who did not buy directly from us. Contact the retailer or where the goods were purchased for refund information.

2)Please verify date of purchase before sending the item (s) back to HighPoint for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

3)All the required fields on RMA form need to be filled out for RMA process or else the entire process will be delayed

4)All returns (replacement) must be pre-approved by HighPoint’s RMA Department.

5)HighPoint will pay for standard Ground service for replacement. (We do not cover returned shipment from customer)

6)Replacement wouldn’t be processed if incorrect product is returned or there was a partial return

7)The RMA # will be effective for 14 days. It will not be valid after 14 days.

RMA Procedures:

1)Request an RMA Number:

a)Download the RMA request form

b)Fill up all the fields on the RMA form

c)Submit RMA form through:

-Fax at 1(408)-942-5801

Or

-Email to

d)RMA number will processed within 7 business days if required information are provided, otherwise the whole process will be delay until we received all the information. RMA number will no longer valid after 14 days

2)Return Shipment:

Once customer receives RMA number, please provide the following in the shipment box:

a)Received RMA number

b)All items returned must be in it original retail packaging with all accessories. Without the complete package, HighPoint RMA Department has the right to return the package to customer

c)All products returned to HighPoint RMA Department must have a valid RMA number which should be visible on the outside of the box as well as on the RMA form and the receipt inside of the box

d)Copy of the original invoice/receipt of your product in the return shipment.

e)Customers are responsible for shipping charges when returning the

product.

f) HighPoint is NOT responsible for any damage to the return products during

transit by the shipping company. All the part must be wrapped properly.

g) Canada is responsible for a custom tax

3)Replacement

Once HighPoint RMA Department has receive the returned shipment, it will take 7 days to process:

1) We will be inspecting and validating the following:

a) Matching information reported on RMA form with return product.

b) Complete package returned (Software, cable, manual and etc)

c) Verify warranty term

If the inspection is incomplete based on the information the RMA Department receives, we will notify the customer or we will return the shipment if we cannot reach the customer, thus delaying the entire process
