The Film and Television Institute of India, has to fill up one post of Chief Accounts Officer in the Pay Band of (PB-3) Rs.15600-39100/-+Rs.6600/- Grade Pay on deputation basis on foreign service terms from the officials having experience in Accounting, Audit, Budget, Tendering, Purchase Procedure etc. & working in the pay band of (PB-3) Rs.15600/-39100/-+Rs.5400/- Grade Pay with requisite qualifications and experience at least three years. The officials in the pay band of (PB-2) Rs.9300-34800/-+Rs.4800 G.P. With requisite qualificatios & at least five years experience may also apply.

Those who are willing to join the Institute on deputation basis, initially for a period of two years and who can be spared in the event of selection by their parent Department may send their application in the enclosed proforma (in duplicate) alongwith the up-to-date complete Confidential Reports Dossiers for last five years and vigilence clearance to the Administrative Officer latest by 16.08.2014.

Applications of only such officers will be considered as received through proper channel and accompanied with (i) bio-data (in duplicate as in proforma available at FTII website (ii) Photocopies of up-to-date CR dossiers of the official for the last five years, duly attested (Original ACRs may not be sent) (iii) cadre clearance (iv) Vigilance clearance/Integrity certificate and (v) statement giving details of major or minor penalties imposed on the officer, if any.

Applications received after the last date or without confidential reports or otherwise found incomplete, will not be considered. While forwarding the application, it may be verified and certified that the particulars furnished by the officers are correct and that no disciplinary case is either pending or contemplated against the officer. The integrity of the officer may also be certified with latest vigilance clearance report. (It may also be made clear that the officer who volunteer for this post will not be allowed to withdraw their names later on).
