BROKER FEES:

Broker fees. We obtain an agreement in principle with the lender (at no cost to yourself). Once this is obtained, we charge a £350 administration fee to package and submit the full application and a broker fee of £500 payable once the loan documentation has been issued by the lender. Instead of asking for the full £350 administration fee up front, we expect £175 to be paid to release the bank forms and the remaining £175 payable once we receive in your documents.
