Minutes: Motion to approve minutes by Dan Sem, second by Eric Rolli. Motion carried unanimously.

Guest Input:

Eric Steele was asked to attend the USA Hockey Western Futures Camp for officials. Eric is a teacher at Central Campus, has gone through our program and is an official in our program.
Eric is here to ask for a little assistance with the expenses for the room and gas. He will be driving to Colorado Springs for the clinic. Camp is $90 plus room and travel.
Motion by Dan Sem to cover expenses for the clinic for Eric, second by Kelsey Holt. Eric will keep receipts for the trip and we will cover them when he gets back. Motion carried unanimously.

Program Director:

Would like to have a separate sheet at registration with the cost of what they getting for the registration fee. Would also like a code of conduct on the back of the sheet.
Have started registering for tournaments. 14U girls and 10U girls are registered for 3 tournaments each (Fargo, Mandan, and Grand Forks). 10U Girls will have a 22-28 game schedule for the season.
Sent out an email to all coaches to see who is interested in coming back this fall.
Had 114 kids in Lacrosse this spring. Will start outside lacrosse in July. Just need to purchase the big nets for outside. That will be around $800. Would also like to start paying a couple guys that have been helping out.

Bills: Good to go.

Gaming: Rob called Kevin to ask about us going into the Benedict Bar. He has some concerns about the bar owner. Kevin said to give it a shot. The worst that could happen is be would not get out bar bank back. We can write that off on our taxes. Will maybe try Bingo and Blackjack in the fall if the machine does well.

Budget:

Motion by Chad Richeson for our salaried employees to receive a 5% pay increase, second by Pete Fiske. We will be holding future salary cap/range discussion later. Motion carried unanimously. (Sarah, Brian, Jared and Dan were excused from the meeting for this discussion)
Motion by Dan Sem to approve the whole budget as presented, second by Eric Rolli. Motion carried unanimously.

Raffle: Kevin purchased the vehicle for the raffle. Same truck as last year but a 2017 and Summit White is the color. Raffle tickets should be done next week.

Golf Tournament: Would like to have a sandwich midway through the tournament. Have to purchase the food directly from the country club. Than would have a dinner at the end of the tournament.

Girls: 14U and 10U on Wednesday is going well.

Board Member: This will be Nigel Dube last meeting. He will be leaving Minot in a couple weeks for a different job.
