Guests – Pikes Peak Hospice – / Cindy Griffin and Dan Schroder introduces their services - hand outs, folders – not a employees of PSFHC and work from different criteria – work under CMS regulations – have worked with the hospitalist on admits – will evaluate patients for admission - 95% pt of vol come from pts at home – try to assist with pts being at home – they are a nationality recognized model of care – handed out pens and small gifts. PSF will respond to codes on 6th Floor---there are not many but in some rare instances patients have not been made DNR.
