Justification: / Dana has the can do attitude and customer service is the most important value! Our daily rental customers on countless occasions have stopped by my office just to tell what a wonderful job Dana does for them and that she is always able to meet their needs when suppling them with a daily rental vehicle. In July I was not in the office and Dana was faced with a crisis. One of our customers had our 30 passenger bus rented to UCO, with 20 students visiting Oklahoma from another country, the rear air conditioning quit working in 90 + degrees. When our cutomer called in Dana simply asked them to return the bus and put them in 2 of our 12 passenger vans. This enabled our cutomer to continue with the visiting students and they did not have to miss any of the planned or schduled events. Dana actively suports the Alternative Fleet vehicles and rents them whenever possible. When these vehicles are rented we recognize a cost savings for the division as CNG is normally $1.10 GGE less than gasoline.
