The Marcus Garvey Scholarship

The Marcus Garvey Scholarship Committee will award one scholarship annually to a deserving high school graduate.

The scholarship recipient will be a student of West Indian heritage who best exemplifies the characteristics of Marcus Garvey and has demonstrated dedicated service to school and community has been accepted to an institution of higher learning. Applicants must be in good academic standing with a documented need for financial assistance.

The completed, legible application form MUST be accompanied by the following documents:

Letter(s) of acceptance from college(s) to which you have been accepted;

Letter of recommendation from a member of faculty or administrative body of the high school attended;

A recent copy of high school transcript;

Financial Aid Summary from Guidance Counselor

SAT final scores
