All class heights are approximate. All dressage tests may be called.

Entry fees: Classes 1 & 2 - £25 per class. ( £18 for EDHPC members)

Classes 3 & 4 -£30 per class (£20 for EDHPC members)+ £2 per rider to cover First Aid

Rosettes to 10th place

Numbers will be provided for BE Eventing Bibs

Closing Date:Monday 8th June 2015 but if oversubscribed entries will be accepted on a first come first served basis

The course will be ready to be walked from 2pm on Saturday 13th June

RULES

  1. Pony Club members must have a spurs certificate and this must be produced for inspection if requested
  1. All competitors must present themselves for a tack check at the dressage warm up at least 10 mins before their dressage time.
  1. Hats, Body Protectors and Medical Armbands MUST be worn, where necessary and conform to current PC standards. - Hats will be checked when collecting numbers
  1. Horses can be entered only once
  2. All ages will be as of 01.01.15
  3. There will be no timed section
  4. No late entries
  5. Dogs on leads at all times and please clean up after them
  6. The Judge or Committee’s decision is final in all matters
  7. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the safety of horses, riders and persons present, the EDHPC, or Bicton College, cannot be held responsible for any accident however caused
  8. All compete at their own risk
  9. Classes may not run in order
  1. We reserve the right to split classes if necessary
  1. No refunds after the closing date, 50% refund before the closing date.
  2. If the competition has to be abandoned by the organisers, 70% of the entry fee will be refunded.
