Program Dates

Educational programs offered by MAONS are scheduled on the first Thursday of each month, unless otherwise noted.

Membership meetings of MAONS will be held quarterly in conjunction with the scheduled educational meeting. Dates will be announced. A quorum of the membership (17) must be present to vote on matters before the membership.

MAONS Board of Directors meetings will be held quarterly as noted below. Meetings are open to all members of the chapter. Only elected officers are allowed to vote on matters before the Board of Directors. A quorum of the elected members of the Board (3) must be present to vote on matters before the Board.

Program and Meeting Announcements

Program announcements will be posted on the chapter virtual community website. All members of MAONS will receive an invitation to attend the monthly program and quarterly membership meeting of the chapter approximately two weeks before each meeting. The location for each program will be confirmed in the announcement.

Attendance Confirmation

As a meal will be provided at the meetings, all attendees will be required to RSVP to confirm their attendance within 3 days of the meeting.

Non-MAONS Member Attendance

Non-members of MAONS may attend monthly educational programs sponsored by the chapter. A fee will be charged to cover the costs of food and CE credits, when applicable.
