Children of members are considered guests of the club and may participate in Club activities if accompanied by a member parent. Guests MUST be accompanied by a member at all Club activities. A member is responsible for the conduct, safety, and welfare of their children and/or guests. In consideration of being granted membership, the undersigned agrees that a background check may be conducted by the Down East Ski Club. The membership chair, and the club, it’s officers, & agents are not responsible for any theft, loss of property, accident, injury or death of members, their children, or guests attending Club activities.
