- 1 concert or sports event
- 1 dinner date for 2…your choice where you go, but it cannot be fast food. #Tip
- 1 additional activity of your choice so long as you leave the house (ex. Bowling)
- Miscellaneous: Must provide a cover sheet/list of all of these items, prices, & proof.
- Scissors, tape, super glue (the basics one would need around the house)
- Chap stick or Lipstick for Ladies
- Set of Steak Knives (sharp knives, must be real, not plastic).
- Hair Cut, or a clipper set if you shave your own head.
- Wireless Router & Modem (or rent from internet provider – must show proof)
- Sunglasses – 1 pair
- Clothes: (2 different outfits – head to toe)
- 1 Outfit for work
- (Men: Shirt, Tie, Belt, Shoes, & Pants…Suit if you’d like)
- (Women: Dress, or Top, Belt, & Pants, or Pants Suit , Shoes)
- 1 Outfit for social activities (whatever you wear when you leave your house)
- You still pay allbills, but you do NOT have to reprint old proof
- Number your cover sheets & proof for each of the above sections.
- Make sure your CS have totals & details!
- Do not re-pay any start-up, application, or 1 time fees (like SD or Cell Phone). You still have to pay the monthly cost though.
