  • How do I submit my requirements?

  • Is there a deadline for me to apply for the certification?
  • When must I apply for the certification?
  • After passing the exam, until when can I apply for the membership/certification? How long is the validity of my exam?

  • Yes there is a deadline in applying for ICB Certification.
  • Exam passers need to apply within 3 months from the time the exam result has been released.
  • Failure to meet the deadline will require the student to retake the exam.
  • The exam is valid only for 3 months from date of exam result release.
  • Validity of exam maybe extended to one year if exam passer will apply and maintain NIAT Membership(P1,000).

  • Processing of CB membership is 4 to 6 weeks from the time NIAT submits applications to ICB UK.
  • Cut off dates: January 25, March 25, May 25, July 25, September 26, November 25.

  • Processing of RCA membership is 4 to 6 weeks from the time NIAT submits applications to ICMA Australia.
  • Cut off dates: February 25, April 25, June 24, August 25, October 25, December 15.

  • Processing of CAT Ca membership is 4 to 6 weeks from the time NIAT submits applications to IAT Canada.
  • Cut off dates: January 25, March 25, May 25, July 25, September 26, November 25.
  • Processing of CAT Au membership is 4 to 6 weeks from the time NIAT submits applications to ICMA Australia.
  • Cut off dates: February 25, April 25, June 24, August 25, October 25, December 15.

  • How would I know if my membership/certification is already available?
  • Will there be a notification that my certificates are already available?

  • All those who applied for membership will be receiving SMS and email to notify availability of Certificates.
  • NIAT will normally send it to their address (as stated on their application forms) via LBC.
  • NIAT will not be liable to lost of certificate if applicants will write incomplete mailing address.
