AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 77110, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO VOTING PRECINCTS IN BEAUFORT COUNTY, SO AS TO REDESIGNATE CERTAIN PRECINCTS AND MAP NUMBER ON WHICH LINES OF THESE PRECINCTS ARE DELINEATED.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Voting precincts in Beaufort County
SECTION1.Section 77110 of the 1976 Code, as last amended by Act 241 of 2000, is further amended to read:
“Section 77110.(A) In Beaufort County there are the following voting precincts:

Time effective
SECTION2.This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
Ratified the 27th day of February, 2002.
