YELLOWSTONE CONFERENCE UNITED METHODIST WOMEN
2014 ASSEMBLY SCHOLARSHIPS
The United Methodist Women of the Yellowstone Conference, in an effort to give more women an opportunity to attend the quadrennial Assembly of United Methodist Women, is offering scholarships to the 2014 Assembly to be held in Louisville, Kentucky. The person nominated and applying must be a first-time attendee to Assembly, 18 years of age or older and be willing to report back to her local church/United Methodist Women Organization/district or conference on what she has learned and experienced.
The dollar amount of the scholarship is $450which may be used for Assembly registration, Ubuntu Experience registration, travel, hotel or meals. Assembly will be held in Louisville, Kentucky from April 25-27, 2014. The scholarship recipient will be responsible for making her own registration, securing hotel accommodations and arranging her travel. She must be nominated by the local UMW and/or pastor.
