·  The California Geological Survey (CGS) is reviewing the revised geotechnical report that was submitted at the beginning of December 2012.
·  The design team has made all necessary revisions to their plans and DSA back-check appointment is pending.
·  CPM, Hensel Phelps and the roofing sub-contractor undertook an on-site investigation on Friday, January 18, 2013, to further assess roof conditions and future options.
·  Deficiencies in the original construction have been identified by DSA. These "legacy" are being addressed to correct as required.

·  CPM has issued a Partial Suspension Order for this project. All construction has halted while the Design Build team reassess the structural integrity of the existing building. Re-evaluation of the project is necessitated as discovered conditions are hovering in the range that DSA will require complete upgrade of all systems and building components to current (2010) California Building Code.
·  A preliminary review meeting with DSA was held on Tuesday, January 22, 2013, to advise DSA staff on building evaluation methodology, investigation schedule and subsequent report format. DSA and the Design-Build team concurred on the methodology and product report.
