Demonstration by one of our chef instructors at work with lots of clear explanation, generous samples and great tales from past kitchen experiences

Costs:

All menus are priced as Hand-On events held at the Culinary Occasions Shop

Demonstration events can be priced individually upon request

Interactive Private Events held outside the Culinary Occasions Shop require:

-Groups of 4 or more

-Mutually agreed upon date

-Site visit of client home or facility

-Additional chef fee of $50.00 per hour, minimum of 5 hours from set-up to clean-up

-Servers are available at $25.00 per hour, minimum of 5 hours from set-up to clean-up

Event Proposals and Menu Order Policy:

A specific Event Proposal will beprepared for your event. Upon acceptance of the Event Proposal, a deposit of 1/2 of food and labor is required to secure the date. Event Staff labor is charged by the quarter hour and is estimated in the Event Proposal. The final Event Staff labor charge will be determined upon completion of your event and adjusted to reflect actual labor. Final payment is due on event date. Culinary Occasions will accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, check or cash.

There is a 3.5% fee on all credit card payments

A final guest count guarantee is due 5 days prior to the event date. There is no allowance for a decrease in guest count after the 5 day guarantee.
