We will work to solidify your meeting goals and plan an agenda to reach them. We will be with you throughout the process, including documenting the results of the session. * Executive Staff development - We can help with issues like managing the day-to-day operations, and working to build relationships with the Board and community stakeholders. * Board Development - Boards often benefit from assistance in good governance practices, better meeting preparation and facilitation, and strategies for a more effective Board of Directors.
