Food Vendor participation fee is $90.00 for the International Spring Festival. Your donation of food to the Kick-Off Event is appreciated and will reduce festival participation fee to $40.00. Thank you!

Vendor details for April Festival:
· Festival Set up begins at 8:00 a.m.
· Tables are 6 feet by 30 inches and come with a white tablecloth.
· Food should be ready for sale by 10:00 a.m. and should remain available until 4:15 p.m.
· No open flame is allowed, self-sufficient; bring your trays with food.
· Space is limited. No group is guaranteed participation in the festival
· Confirmations will be mailed in late March.
Statement of Understanding and Hold Harmless Agreement
I fully understand and agree to abide by the rules and requests of the International Spring Festival. I also understand that the International Spring Festival reserves the right to approve or deny any or all applications as they deem appropriate. I and members of my organization agree to indemnify and hold harmless the International Spring Festival and the Lansdale Public Library and its agents from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including attorney’s fees and court costs arising from any circumstances occurring during the International Spring Festival.
By participating as a food vendor in the International Spring Festival and/or the preceding Kick-Off event held at Christopher Dock High School, I hereby assume any and all liability associated with the delivery, service and subsequent participation in the above mentioned events of any foods prepared and or identified as originating in my facility. Furthermore, I do attest that all preparation and handling of foods and foodstuffs to be served , delivered or originating in my care have been maintained and controlled using the highest levels of sanitation and prudent food handling practices as outlined in the Montgomery County Health Department Chapter 4 guidelines for safe food handling.
