Councillors: Kotzer, Sicinski, Wondrasek, Wyand, Mayor Fogg, Town Foreman Karlis VanCaeseele and CAO Glenda Hodson

ABSENT:

Councillor Cornelius, Lundgren

A quorum being present, Mayor Fogg called the meeting to order.

47/15 Sicinski - Kotzer: That the agenda be approved as amended:

10 j. Catterall & Wright – Anniversary;

10 k. Churchbridge CU – Celebration

10 l. Year Book – Langenburg High

MINUTES:

48/15 Sicinski - Wyand: That the minutes of the Tuesday, March 2, 2015 regular meeting of Town Council be approved.

Carried

ACCOUNTS:

Councilor Kotzer declared a pecuniary interest and left the meeting.

49/15 Wondrasek – Sicinski: That the account to Kadaizy amounting to $110.00 and numbering 22628 as annexed hereto be approved for payment.

Carried

Councilor Kotzer returned to the meeting.

50/15 Wondrasek – Wyand: That the Town accounts amounting to $51,998.94 and numbering 22620 to 22650 and online payments 434024 to 434035 be annexed hereto be approved for payment.

TOWN FOREMAN’S REPORT:

51/15 Sicinski - Kotzer: That the verbal Town Foreman’s report presented by Karlis Van

Caeseele be acknowledged.

DELEGATION: Lions Club – Re: Pavilion in Centennial Park – Warren Vandenameele

52/15 Kotzer - Wondrasek: that we send a letter to the Lions Club letting them know that Council recommends the building be placed in the South East Corner leaving a four foot boarder around the outside. They would like to see the building with Green trim and running East and West. Council wishes the fence to remain up.

COMMITTEE REPORTS:

53/15 Kotzer - Sicinski: that the terms of Reference for the Sanitation Committee be approved as submitted.

54/15 Kotzer - Sicinski: That we recommend to council we increase fees for all loads larger than a standard truck box to $100.00 and we send letters to any individual who has previously hauled larger loads letting them know of the increase.

55/15 Kotzer - Wondrasek: That the Sanitation report given by Councilor Kotzer be acknowledged.

56/15 Sicinski - Wondrasek: that the terms of Reference for the Transportation Committee be approved as submitted.

57/15 Sicinski -Kotzer: that we send a letter to CP Rail expressing our concerns with the condition of the of the 2nd street crossing.

58/15 Sicinski - Wyand: That the Transportation report given by Councilor Sicinski be acknowledged.
