Come and try out each class…find out which is your

favorite way to a healthier year! Classes are open to all

Denton ISD employees and the public, 16 years and older. No childcare is available at present, please notify Theresa Grant at 369-0284 if you’d like to have that and we’ll work on it! You may bring your children if they are old enough to entertain themselves safely for the 50-minute classes (provide them with some quiet activities to play with in the adjoining classroom).

Classes will meet in the gym at the former Catholic parish center site for the present across Elm Street from Central Services at 1212 Bolivar (renovations will begin there sometime this spring, and then we’ll switch to another place close by).

Classes will be held on days that school is in session; we will not meet on school holidays or on inservice days, so check your school calendar. Registration required, may be done onsite or by emailing

Cost is $45 this semester (that’s only $9 a month!) to come to any or all of the classes, mix or match! That’s 136 classes available to you this semester!

Improve your cardiovascular health, your lung capacity, your energy level, balance, flexibility and muscle tone, and decrease your stress level!! Bring weights (if you have them), a towel and a mat, and a water bottle; your equipment may be stored safely in the building. Good shoes are important, too…COME HAVE FUN AND GET MOVING! J
