CLASS TITLE:SENIOR ACQUISITION REVIEW AGENT - SES
ALLOCATION FACTOR(S)
This is work reviewing proposed acquisitions of real property by the state to ensure that all statutory requirements are complied with and approving the review of proposed acquisition of real property by the Acquisition Review Agent.
EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED:

- Reviews acquisitions of proposed state lands, title to which is to vest with the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund.
- Coordinates indepth reviews, examinations and evaluations of proposed real property acquisitions to ascertain compliance with statutory requirements.
- Ensures that the interests of the state, environmental and economic, are paramount in all facets of land acquisition transaction considerations.
- Provides coordination and liaison with the acquiring agency during the acquisition process.
- Recommends and defends the acceptance or rejection of each proposed acquisition transaction to higher authorities.
- Performs related work as required.
