FIA WORLD RALLYCROSS CHAMPIONSHIP WEBSITE COMPETITION
‘WIN LYDDEN HILL ART-PIECE SIGNED BY ANDREW JORDAN’
The following rules (the “Rules”) will apply to the FIA World Rallycross Championship website competition (the “Competition”) for one entrant to win a prize nominated by International Management Group (UK) Limited (“IMG”) of a ‘Lydden Hill Art-Piece signed by Andrew Jordan’ (the “Prize”). IMG will offer each entrant the chance of winning a prize on the below terms. By entering into this competition, all participants agree to abide by each and all of the Rules together with any other term and condition imposed by any third parties in connection with the prize.
1. Entry
To enter the competition the entrant must fill in the competition form on the competition page on the official World Rallycross website.
2. Deadlines
The Competition is open from 10:00 (BST) on Monday 29th June 2015 until 17:00 (BST) on Thursday 2nd July 2015.
3. Selection of winning entry
3.1 All entrants shall be entered into a prize draw. The winner shall be selected by IMG entirely at random and shall be notified no later than 3rd July 2015 via the email address they have entered on the competition form.
3.2 Non-successful entrants will not be notified.
4. Conditions
4.1 It is free to enter the competition and no purchase shall be necessary.
4.2 Any entrant who has provided false or misleading information and/or has breached these terms and conditions will be immediately disqualified from the Competition.
4.3 The Competition is open to everyone, subject to applicable law and these Rules. Where applicable in relation to the laws and regulations of the home country from which the entrant enters the Competition, the entrant warrants that he/she has obtained the consent of his/her parent(s) or legal guardian(s) to: (i) enter the Competition; and (ii) allow IMG to use his/her personal data for the purpose of administering the Competition. Employees (or family members of employees) of any group company of IMG, may not enter this Competition.
4.4 Entrants are deemed to have accepted these Rules when entering the Competition.
4.5 Maximum of one entry per person.
4.6 If any winner is not able, for any reason, to accept the Prize, or does not respond after being contacted within 48 hours days of winner announcement date, IMG reserves the right to award the Prize to another entrant.
4.7 By entering the Competition, entrants agree that any entry they submit may be used by IMG and their selected affiliates for IMG’s marketing and promotional purposes in perpetuity, throughout the world in any and all media whether now known or hereafter invented without further remuneration.
4.8 The winner agrees to allow IMG to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration.
4.9 All entrants warrant and undertake that they have obtained all relevant rights and written permission from individuals featured in the entry, and that their entry does not feature anyone under the age of 12 unless it is the entrant's own child and they have that child's consent.
4.10 By accepting these terms the entrant agrees to be contacted by IMG.
5. Prize
5.1 The Prize is for a Lydden Hill Art-Piece signed by Andrew Jordan.
5.2 The prizes is non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.
5.3 Travel and expenditure costs incurred with any prize will not be covered by IMG.
5.4 IMG reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
6 Miscellaneous
6.1 IMG reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude participants and also to withhold the Prize for violating any of these Rules.
6.2 IMG reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the Competition (including altering prizes) if, in IMG’s sole discretion, the competition is not capable of being conducted as specified due to circumstances beyond IMG’s reasonable control. In the event of the Competition being cancelled or modified, IMG shall not have any liability whatsoever arising from such cancellation or modification.
6.3 IMG shall not be liable to the participants for any liability in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any loss of business, revenue or profits, anticipated savings or wasted expenditure, loss or damage of or to personal equipment belonging to the participants or any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever arising out of the participants taking part in the Competition or any other matter arising under these Rules. Without limiting the foregoing, IMG shall not be liable for any actions of any third parties unless otherwise set out herein.
6.4 Nothing in these Rules shall limit IMG’s liability for death or personal injury caused by their employees or agents’ negligence or for fraud.
7 Governing law and jurisdiction
These Rules and entry into this competition shall be governed by English law and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
