Conditions
WE WILL NOT accept any postal or email bookings received after Wednsday 15th April 2015.
Confirmation of booking will be sent within 14 days of receipt of a completed application form and the correct booking fee.
Any cancellation will be subject to a 10% administration charge.
No refunds will be given after Wednesday 8th April 2015, but substitute delegates will be allowed.
Failure to comply with any of the conditions above will result in your place at the workshops being cancelled.
