We are currently hiring full and part timeCustomer Care Representatives at our West Wichita, Kansas location.Collections Etc.is an inbound contact center, customers call in to place catalog orders. Weprovide quality customer service, and also cross sell and suggestive sell additional products and services;every order call is a sales opportunity.If you are sales driven and committed to exceeding sales goals and you possess a positive energetic attitudeCollections Etc.is the place for you.
We Offer:
· Excellent pay - $10.20 p/h plus incentives
· We offer a variety of full and part shifts starting between the hours of 7AM – 6PM, 7 days a week
General Requirements:
· Demonstrated record of exceptional attendance and punctuality
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills
· Good computer skills
· Ability to provide our customers with exceptional service
· 6 months experience in customer sales and/or sales
· MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS!
Preferred Qualifications:
· 1-2 years of previous contact center experience
· Commitment to successfully fulfill customer’s needs by cross sell/up-sell
