National Guard Update: (Scott)
Update from Scott regarding the National guard and our website: Get the kids to post on the national guard site saying thanks for the support of our program. Make sure kids can link to the guard site from our site. Some possible changes are in store for the Ashland event in the future. Thoughts and opinions of the Ashland event were briefly discussed by the group. Scott commented the Guard is very supportive elf our efforts and would like to continue this into the future!

A discussion occurred over the possibility of developing a board of directors/Advisory board members and a president and vice president Group all agreed to move forward with appointing interested and capable individuals present to specific positions…

MC’s for the event will hopefully be Tom from HT for the Oshkosh area event and possibly Scott from Rapids for the “Up Nort”event. Location for the Northern event to be determined by Wendy

Summer BASS fishing state tournament- students need to join BASS to fish
Ice Duels- we might adopt format but might stay away from circuit
