Introduction

This tutorial is intended to test your understanding of communication strategies. Answer the questions on a separate answer sheet. It will help consolidate your understanding of the lecture notes so it’s important you try to complete the exercise if you can.

  10. Describe three structural tactics you would use in a sales situation to convince your customersas a salesman selling mobile phones at China Mobile.
