Royer/County Line Road - LDP July 15, 2011 All County & Associates submitted an application, plan and waiver request letter. December 19, 2011 the Board of Commissioners approved recommended waivers in the Planning Commission letters of 10/21 and 11/7/11, G & A email of 12/19 and Resolution #12-3-11 Conditional Final Plan Approval. May 7, 2012 Board of Commissioners approved the building permit for the pole building. No new correspondence received.

Estate of Janet E. Bauman Subdivision – Preliminary/Final - Powder Mill Hollow Road and Sandy Hill Road

August 9, 2012 Aston Surveyors submitted an application, Stormwater Control Area Calculations and a 3-lot subdivision plan noting that there will be 1 lot in Colebrookdale Township and 2 lots in Earl Township. August 20 the Board of Commissioners approved waiving and deferring the engineering review process and approval to Earl Township. September 20, 2012 received Final Plan Review letter from BC Planning Commission. No action required.

18. NEW BUSINESS

Reohr/Spring Garden Subdivision – Preliminary – Spring Garden Drive & Township Line Road

September 25, 2012 All County & Associates submitted an application, waiver request letter and 2-lot subdivision plan. This plan will be submitted to the Planning Commission on October 18, 2012 and may be reviewed at this time. No action is required at this time.
