Before proceeding any further, you should click on the “Record-Keeping” link in the left frame and then follow instructions to generate a sheet on which you should record your success codes for the various assignments within a specific module. If you choose the Word document option you can record your codes directly on the computer rather than by writing them down on a printed page.

When you have the appropriate record-keeping sheet, click the Start! link in the left frame.


Clicking “Continue” will bring up the following:

You should choose the “For Credit Mode” option. This will bring up the following:

Find your Student ID in the following table and enter it

When you’ve entered both, then click Log In. Close out the dialog box about a possible error in your information by clicking the close box in the upper right. The following screen should appear with your ID and MCAE appearing in the upper right hand corner.

Select the broad subject area of interest (e.g., Mechanics) by clicking on it. This will bring up a screen similar to the following:


Click on a topic (e.g.. Kinematic Concepts) to select it. This will bring up a screen similar to the following:

Start the desired topic (e.g., Scalars and Vectors) by clicking on the start code for that topic. You’ll see a screen like the following:

Complete the assignment and then write down or enter your success code in the record –keeping sheet.
