3. School update
a. Enrollment Cap - Board has put an enrollment cap for Kindergarten registration. Can register by March 10. Also informing builders. Will not impact family parents / children that are already enrolled b. 3 portables will be built (likely summer): Will impact playground space
c. Fundraising

·Water fountain for portables
·If everyone donated $10/
·Online cash payment can be used
·Additional option of paper bulletin
4. Voice Counts surveys - anonymous (will come out March 01) Looking for massive participation from parents
5. BasketBall team awarded Bronze
6. Enrolled for Peel District Dance competition
7. Ms Archer: Number of clubs in progress. Math club setup
8. Art Gallery Exhibit coming
9. Skipping roles are allowed to school. 65 skipping roles available
10.Year Books will come up for sale shorty
11. New run for Hoodies, also T-shirts
12. Agenda Book - conscious decision Daily signatures are not required.
13. Communication tool for parents, Remind Tool - helpful for communicating with parents. Archived information available? Yes, confirmed
14. Spelling Bee - competition
15. News Letter - student contribution encouraged Spelling tests are not administered. It is not part of the curriculum
16. Maths Gauss competition - open to students nationally. Done by University of Waterloo
17. eAnnouncements - Link will be re-sent
18. Pizza - quality feedback to be provided
19. School timing - proposed time 8.45 to 9 start. Will know result by March 01
