Dear Friends of Wheelchairdancing.

For the 27th time Cuijk/Boxmeer will be the centre of Wheelchairdancing during the Easter weekend as a part of Holland Dans Spektakel organised by Stichting Brabant Danst and Stichting Rolstoeldansen Nederland.

Please read all this information carefully and fill out the forms as complete as possible.

There is aspecial Holland Dans Spektakel arrangement (see accommodation paper). This arrangement can only be booked through SRN. Please note that transportation from and to the airport (about 375 km vv.) and local transportation to and from the hotel and hall must be paid to the organisers. (Costs appr. € 75, per person.)

Van der Valk Hotel Cuijk, Raamweg 10, 5431 NH Cuijk, Molenhoek, Asteria Venray has a special Holland Dans Spektakel arrangement (€ 140,50 per person, 2 persons in a twin room, 2x overnight stay, 2x dinner, 2x breakfast).Tourist tax is included. It is possible to book extra nights and the arrangement can start on Friday or on Saturday. (For single room or extra bed ask for prices.)

Reservation is only possible through SRN!!

Transport

If you wish transport from and to the airport (375 km vv) and between the hotel and the hall, please give your information on the next page and be aware of the fact that this transport must be paid to the organisers (appr. € 75,00 per person.).

Insurances

Don’t forget to get a travel insurance for the people who will come to Cuijk.
