REFUNDS: There shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn after the closing date in the event a dog and/or handler are injured, absent, or dismissed from competition, regardless of the reason for such dismissal. If because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of management it is impossible to open or complete the show, no refund of entry fee will be made. Refunds are allowed if requested before the closing date. Refunds after closing date for bitches in season only. A $5.00 processing fee for ANY refunds. No refunds for overpayments $10 or less
BITCHES IN SEASONare not eligible to participate. Entry fees will be refunded subject to a $5.00 processing fee. Written verification from a veterinarian is required. Notification for refund of bitches in season must be RECEIVED no later than 48 hrs after end of the trial.

ROUTES TO SHOW
The event grounds are located on Milltown Road, North Branch, (Bridgewater Township) New Jersey. Milltown
Road runs between US 202 and US 22. Major State and Federal highways provide easy access to these events.

From Route 287
Southbound: NY I-87 and NJ I-80 to Route 287 South to Exit 17 (Somerville/Rte. 202/206 South). When the
highways split take Route 202 South. Approximately two miles down Route 202, you will travel under a train
overpass. Make a right at the next turn onto Milltown Road. Travel a half mile, and North Branch Park will be
on the left.
Northbound: NJ Turnpike or Garden State Parkway to Route 287 North to Route 22 West. Follow the Route
22 West directions below.
From Route 22
Westbound: Follow Route 22 West to Route 202/206 South. After a half mile, the highways split. Take Route
202 South. Approximately 2 mile down Route 202, you will then travel under a train overpass. Make a right at
the next turn onto Milltown Road. Travel a half mile, and North Branch Park will be on the left.
Eastbound: Follow Route 22 East through Branchburg. Make a right turn onto Milltown Road. Follow Milltown
Road for 1 mile and bear right under the railroad trestle. North Branch Park will be on the right.
From 206
Northbound: Follow Route 206 until the Somerville Circle. Exit off of the circle onto Route 202 South.
Approximately 2 miles down Route 202, you will travel under a train overpass. Make a right at the next turn
onto Milltown Road. Travel a half mile, and North Branch Park will be on the left.
From Route 78
Westbound: Follow Route I-78 West to Route 287 South,.Then follow the above directions for Route 287 South.
Eastbound: Follow Route I-78 East to Route 22 East. Then follow the above directions for Route 22 East.
NOTE: Vehicles of 10' or more in height, trailers and large motorhomes cannot use this approach and should continue on US 22 to US 202 South and proceed as above.

Please see the AKC Regulations for Agility Trials for current class descriptions. Dogs must be entered only in Regular Classes or Preferred Classes with no crossover between them allowed at the same set of trials.
HEIGHT DIVISIONS
Owners/Agents are responsible for entering the proper height divisions. All height divisions will be offered in both the standard classes and the jumpers with weaves classes.
Regular Exhibitors may choose to enter their dog in a higher height division than required by AKC, but not in a height division lower than the AKC mandated height.
Preferred The following jump heights must be used in all Preferred Classes.

Data Entry and Changes to your Information
Data entry mistakes happen. That is why we ask everyone to READ their preliminary confirmation and mailed final confirmation. For the majority of entries, dog and owner/handler information remains the same. However, if you have a:
New email address
New Titles
New Handler
New address and phone
New jump height
(including jump height changes from trial to trial. For example, dog jumps 24" at one trial, then 26" in the next trial.)
Highlighting ANY of these changes on entry forms would be especially helpful so that these changes can be updated in our database. Then, please review your confirmations carefully to ensure that your requested changes have been made.

RETURNED CHECKS do not constitute a valid entry fee. A charge of $25.00 will be made for each returned check.
FAX, TELEPHONE AND UNSIGNED ENTRIES cannot be accepted.
ENTRIES NOT ON OFFICIAL AKC ENTRY FORMS OR PHOTOCOPIES OF ENTRY FORMS without the Agreement and Rules attached to the Official AKC Entry Form are NOT ACCEPTABLE.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ENTRIES will be made as soon as trial closes or limits are reached. Acknowledgment of entries will include confirmation notices.
ENTRY FEES shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by action of Trial Committee. If because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of the management, it is impossible to open or to complete the match, no refund of entry fees will be made.
ERRORS ON ENTRY BLANKS-Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms, and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after trial has closed.
CONSULT FINAL CONFIRMATION FOR TIME OF JUDGING.
WALKTHRUS. No umbrellas allowed during walkthrus.
JUDGES ARE NOT REQUIRED TO WAIT FOR DOGS. The Owner of each dog is solely responsible for having it ready at ringside when it is to be judged. The Club has no responsibility for providing service through a public address system or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required.
TRIAL COMMITTEE will use due care and diligence for the welfare of dogs and exhibitors, but will not be responsible for, nor assume any liability in the event of an accident or DOGS This trial is open to all dogs fifteen (15) months of age or older that are registered with the American Kennel Club or that have AKC Limited Registration, Purebred Alternative Listing/Indefinite Listing Privileges (PAL/ILP), AKC Canine Partners listing number (if the trial-giving club is offering the option of Canine Partners entries. See front page of the premium for that information),or approved Foundation Stock Service (FSS) breedsare eligible to participate. All American dogs that have been listed with AKC Canine Partners may participate if the trial-giving club is offering the option of mixed breed entries and provided their listing number has been recorded on the entry form. Dogs with a Purebred Alternative Listing/Indefinite Listing Privileges (PAL/ILP)or an AKC Canine Partners listing number must be spayed or neutered in order to compete. Wherever the word“dog” is used in these regulations it includes both sexes. Dogs should be physically sound. Dogs that are blind or deaf shall not be eligible, and neither are bitches in season, aggressive dogs, or dogs suffering from any deformity, injury, or illness which may affect the dog’s physical or mental performance. No dog shall compete if it is taped or bandaged in any way or has anything attached to it for medical purposes. Refer to Chapter 2 of the Registration and Discipline Rules for the listing of registerable breeds that may participate. Puppies under four months of age are strictly prohibited from the trial grounds.
DOGS MAY ARRIVE any time prior to Judging, otherwise, they must be available for measuring before their class begins.
This club does not agree to arbitrate claims as set forth on the Official AKC Entry Form for this event.
MOVE-UPS
EMAILED MOVEUPS: When emailing a moveup to us please just give the following information. TRIAL NAME, Owner Name. Dog Call Name, Move up for what days (Saturday, Sunday, etc.), Moving from, Moving to (PLEASE include STD, JWW or FAST) Remember that you must send a separate email with the trial name in the subject line for each trial moveup or cancellation.
MOVEUP DEADLINES: Move-ups prior to a set of trials: Dogs can be moved up to a higher class at the request of the owner, as a result of qualifying for an agility title, provided that the request is made to the Trial Secretary not later than 6 pm on the Monday preceding the set of trials for trials starting on a Thursday-Sunday. For trials that start on Monday-Wednesday, move-ups preceding the set of trials shall be accepted if received by the Trial Secretary no later than seven (7) days prior to the trial (i.e., for a Tuesday trial move-up requests must be made prior to 6 pm on the previous Tuesday).
Day-to-Day Moveups: the club is allowing day-to-day move-ups for the 2nd and subsequent days of the trial weekend, per Chapter 1, Section 20, the exhibitor is able show up at the trial site and request a move up in writing to the trial secretary not later than the day preceding the event and cannot be conveyed via fax, email, or verbally to the trial secretary.
