Terms & Conditions
· The ‘Q3 FY12 UKI Commercial Partner Incentive Race ’ incentive runs from 30th January 2012 until 27 April 2012 inclusive
· Cisco Registered partners {“Partners”) with a valid CCO (Cisco.com login) can participate
· Promotion is being offered to Cisco Registered (non-certified) partners, Select Certified Partners and Premier Certified Partners in the United Kingdom and Ireland (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland). Participants must be aged 18 years or over and must gain authorisation for participation from their Senior Management to participate.. Cisco Silver and Gold partners are not eligible for this promotion.

· Eligible Products must be sourced from an approved UK Distribution partner
· Cisco will check distribution Net POS data to verify Partner claim during the campaign period. Shipments outside the qualifying period are not eligible.
· The top 9 performing partners who have placed successful points claims, and who achieve the highest combination of points and year on year growth will be awarded one pair of London 2012 Olympic or Paralympic tickets. A maximum of 1 pair of London 2012 tickets can be awarded to each partner across all Cisco Q3 FY12 sales incentive programmes, including incentives targeting Avant Garde programme partners.
· Cisco Price Supported (DART) business will be included
· Sales to any local or central government organisations, or any organisation directly or indirectly receiving or benefiting from any form of state or government aid, or any individuals employed by the same are not eligible under this campaign.
· Prizes may be subject to their own separate terms and conditions. Please note that the London 2012 tickets are subject to their own terms and conditions with which the recipient must comply. The provision of any third party prizes does not mean that the relevant third party is a sponsor or in any way endorses this competition. These conditions of entry and use are subject to the London 2012 ticketing Terms and Conditions as set out at the following link: http://www.tickets.london2012.com/purchaseterms.html. The London 2012 Organising Committee (LOCOG) give no guarantee in relation to the London 2012 ticket prize, and cannot be held liable for any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from a winner’s (and where applicable, guest’s) use of the London 2012 ticket prize.
· All Prizes are subject to availability and there is no cash or other prize alternative available, in whole or in part. . Where permitted by law, Cisco reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal value, should the original Prizes become unavailable due to circumstances beyond its control.
· The winning tickets will be event and date specific and cannot be exchanged or transferred. No compensation will be payable to the Partner / Winner who is unable to take the prize. In the event that the Partner / Winner is unable to take the Prize, Cisco reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the Prize to the next qualifying Partner. Cisco reserves the right to amend the event and dates due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control and where circumstances make this unavoidable but will take all reasonable steps to inform the Partner / Winner within two weeks of the event.To the extent allowed by applicable law, Cisco shall not be liable, and accepts no responsibility, for any costs or expenses associated with any Prize which are not expressly stated to be included in the Prize, including, without limitation, meals, living expenses, royalties, taxes, insurance and transfers.
· Partner must ensure that all recipients of a prize bear responsibility for the payment of any and all taxes (including any increased individual income or other tax or national insurance liabilities), duty, national insurance and/or licenses and or other fees or costs that may apply to or which the recipient of the Prize may incur under or in connection with the receipt of such prizes unless, in each case, Cisco agrees otherwise in writing; and Partner shall further ensure that if the Prize involves any travel, the recipient obtain all necessary documents including valid passports, visas, and travel insurance, and agree explicitly to comply with all health, safety, travel and other government regulations and advisories.
· Prizes will be awarded to the Partner and not to individual Partner employees.
· Cisco will dispatch the Prize within 8 weeks of the campaign end date. Winners will be notified by email no later than fourteen working days after the end of the promotional period. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
· Cisco will record all claimants & Prizes awarded
· All hardware must be invoiced & shipped within the campaign dates
· Qualifying Partners can claim the following points:

· Premier Certified partners need to accumulate 100 or more points to be eligible to claim the Prize. Maximum claim is 1000 points per partner.
· Select Certified partners and non-Certified (Registered) partners need to accumulate 25 or more points to be eligible to claim the Prize
· Valid claims will be rewarded £1 per point claimed. Maximum claim is 1000 points per partner.
· Maximum £1000 worth of Love to Shop Vouchers per Partner

· Claim forms must be submitted to Cisco by end of day Monday 7th May 2012. Forms received after this date will not be eligible for the promotion.
· Cisco reserves the right to refuse partners onto this campaign. Contact your Cisco Account manager for further information
· Products purchased to qualify for this promotion may not be returned to Cisco except by a valid RMA where the product is concluded by Cisco to be faulty. In the case where a product has been returned and reimbursed via RMA, Cisco reserve the right to cancel the promotion reward if the resulting eligible goods purchase value is below the prize threshold.
· Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by Cisco’s negligence or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
· IN NO EVENT WILL CISCO BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST DATA, REVENUE OR PROFIT, OR FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF CAUSE (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE A PRIZE, EVEN IF CISCO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL CISCO'S LIABILITY UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE A PRIZE EXCEED THE MANUFACTURER OR SUPPLIER’S SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE FOR THE PRIZE.
· Partner shall ensure that its employees grant Cisco and its agents and assignees full permission and authority to use, publish, and display the employee's name, voice, and photograph or other likeness, as well as identifying information such as the name of participant employer, for advertising or other related purposes in any media without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
· Partner shall ensure that Partner and all Partner employees bear responsibility for compliance with any applicable laws, rules and regulations, contractual limitations and/or office policies regarding participation in this campaign or acceptance of promotional prizes.
· The campaign is not open to employees of Cisco, any contractors or agents of Cisco, or anyone professionally involved in the administration of this campaign.
· Cisco reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and to modify or cancel the campaign at anytime without notice and without any liability to Cisco. This Campaign is not combinable with any other program, promotion or offer without Cisco’s prior written consent.
· Cisco is dedicated to the highest standards of legal compliance, ethical behaviour and accurate disclosure to the public. We understand manyjurisdictions and companies have different gift and ethic policies and due to these widely varied policies we cannot be certain of all the different gift rules and regulations. In order to make certain that Partner or a recipient does not receive a “gift” from Cisco, we respectfully request that Partner only accept the relevant itemifit is in compliance with Partner's ethics and gift guidelines and regulations.
· By participating in this campaign and/or by permitting Partner employees to participate in this campaign, Partner hereby:
o Accepts these conditions;
o Confirms that Partner has all necessary consents and authorisations including, without limitation, those of any parent company or affiliate, to participate in the campaign;
o Confirms that this Campaign and/or the giving of any prize to any prize recipient does not conflict with any of Partner's ethical or other company policies;
o Is fully informed about the Campaign; and
o Confirms that Partner has provided written authorisation for Partner employees to participate in this Campaign.
