Role Summary
The Everton in the Community Apprenticeship programme offers fantastic employment opportunities for Merseyside’s young people, supplemented by enriching, high quality education. In addition, our programme supports the growth of our business and those of our employer partners by enhancing the continual professional development of existing staff.This exciting role will assist with the delivery of a range of Apprenticeship qualifications, including: Business Administration; Customer Service; Team Leading & Management.
The post holder will share our commitment towards the provision of exceptional, high quality education and outstanding pastoral care on behalf of our learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, maintain and develop sessions ensuring an exceptional standard of educational delivery
- Take a leading role in developing of delivery materials and course activities
- Visiting learners in the workplace and teaching/assessing/observing them in the pursuit of the Apprenticeship qualifications.
- To maintain all documentation in relation to learner’s progression
- To be responsible for ensuring that all Everton Football Club and Everton in the Community’ policies and procedures are implemented/adhered to
- To undertake other duties relevant to this post as directed by the appropriate line manager

- An ability to deliver outstanding education

- Ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences

- IT literate with the ability to use MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Moviemaker)
- Ability to work in a flexible manner – on occasions the postholder will be required to work out of core hours
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- An ability to deliver Functional Skills in English, Maths & ICT
Knowledge & Experience

- Experience of delivering Business Administration, Management & Customer Service qualifications
- Experience of working with learners/employers in a variety of sectors/settings

Qualifications
Essential / Desirable
- TAQA/A1 Assessor Award
- Award in Education & Training/PTLLS Award
- 5 GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C or above, or equivalent.
- Driving Licence
